HolisticAI™ may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, account details, support messages, and materials you intentionally upload to a product workspace.

The free HCDC assessment is calculated in your browser. Its answers are not saved by HolisticAI™ unless a future feature clearly asks you to submit or save them.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider. HolisticAI™ does not store full card numbers. We retain limited transaction and entitlement records—such as checkout identifiers, purchaser email, product, payment status, and access status—to deliver and support purchases.

We use information to operate the platform, provide requested resources, confirm purchases, manage access, answer support requests, protect the service, and improve product quality.

We do not use a customer’s private family-court records as public examples or marketing content without explicit permission.

Family, court, financial, health, and child-related materials can be highly sensitive. Upload only information necessary for the feature you are using. Do not upload original documents containing unredacted Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, passwords, or access codes.

We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, file storage, analytics, and product operations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record requirements.
